Kao Gang Thai in Palm Beach Garden

Kao Gang has been open for around a year and is on PGA behind Anthony's. It's the 2nd location from the owner of Malakor Thai in Northwood Village. All of the same items are featured and the menu is very extensive. It's so large that I figured they would reduce it down after time, but not so. The crispy money bags are a great start and any of the usual fare for entrees. All thai curries are great but be careful with the heat scale. A 2 on the 1-5 scale is very spicy. I only wished they would use a bit less fish sauce in the curries to my liking,

They have a pad cha which is great....spicy stir-fried red curry paste with Chinese key, carrots, red bell pepper, green beans, asparagus, and kefir lime leaves. I have yet to try any other noodles than pad thai which is very good. They also have sushi, bowls, and soups.

Service is top notch and the inside decor is hand drawn artistry by the owner himself. Pre-opening ceremonies were a blessing by monks. How can you go wrong?
