So, as you may know by now, we have planted the Geek Valley Garden of Eatin', which produces ridiculously huge yields of anything we put in it (and some things we didn't -- someone spat watermelon seeds in the garden and now we have watermelons).
The latest offender is kale. I never knew kale could grow so enormous. I have been making soup with potatoes and Italian sausage, I have been cooking it Southern-style in pork broth, I have been steaming it and then sautéing it with lemon zest and garlic.
I still have, I would estimate, 10 kg (22 lbs.) left.
