Kalbi Sal?

I was at my local Korean grocery store tonight and picked up something labeled "Kalbi Sal" in the meat section. It looks like flank steak, sliced very thin and wrapped into a ball. I assumed that I would be able to Google recipes, but I can't seem to find this online. Any ideas what I brought home? Recipes?
