Kahlua Pig at West Town Tavern

Thought some of you might be interested in learning that West Town Tavern will be continuing Zinfandel's Kahlua Pig Tradition. Kahlua Pig is described in their e-mail newsletter as traditional pit-smoked Hawaiian barbecue: banana leaf-wrapped suckling
pigs, ready to smoke slowly for 14 hours. The event takes place April 28 and 29.
