I live in the Catskill mountains of NY state, and you cannot buy "wick" rolls within a few hundred miles of here. I work for a bakery, and one of our customers has requested them.
I can't wait to get my hands on some - yummy with roast beef and gravy. It's a Buffalo tradition that is just unknown around here! Maybe we can change that. They're hard rolls with a mixture of caraway seeds and salt baked on top.
