On Mon we went to the French Chef dinner at Josie's. The menu was: hors, Mushrooms Simmered in Cream on PP, Curry Cracker topped with Melitzana, White ASP soup w/ lemon crisp, Croque monsieur & croque madame, Mussel salad on Spoon, Goose Confit w/moutarde de Brive.
Now for the serious food: Baby Cuttlefish w/ sauce from ink, COPPER RIVER Salmon w/morels, white asp, Venison w/ wild rice - cherries, Aged Stilton w/ apricot toast, Gateau Breton w/ fresh Strawberries. Josie was at her normal high level and we enjoyed everything.
