Jordan Inn Dining

My first time to try the Jordan Inn in East Jordan, Michigan (228 Main Street) - The Inn has been refurbished and is beautiful; the lunch was absolutely Over The Top! A small dining room, with a limited but interesting menu including but not limited to a burger, a couple interesting sandwiches, pasta dishes, salmon cake sandwich. My friend had shrimp and vegetables over pasta. I had chicken, tomato and capers over pasta. Both dishes were lightly seasoned and very enjoyable. Prices were no more than a chain restaurant for a salad and beverage earlier in the week. This is a B & B (11 bedrooms) and is open to the public for breakfast and lunch; dinner is by appointment. They also do catering. So if you are in the Northern part of the lower peninsula of Michigan, give it a try. You'll be glad you did.
