I have become addicted to good Jook, Duck Jook to be precise, no bones.
The Jook at Jade Fountain on Freeport has the flavor I love, little pieces of boned Duck, tasty skin and quick fried, thinly sliced pieces of ginger and green onions floating on top.
My observations, comments from a friend and a few postings on this board, referring to this place as "Hygienically challenged" have made me somewhat uncomfortable with going there.
Not that I am stopping it though ...
I would be interested if there is anyone else around, who is also hooked on Jook and would care to share their opinions or perhaps suggestions for a new place to go.
