Jiraffe for Birthday tomorrow

Hi All – I came requesting your sage advice in the beginning of March for recommendations my birthday dinner. Well, there was much arguing, perhaps even a jello wrestling match or two, but Team AOC (me and all the chowhound recs I got!) and Team Asia De Cuba (my friend) compromised on Jiraffe - I’ve seen the name tossed around on here quite a bit, and she liked the pics on their website.

So, now, my esteemed colleagues in chow – I have a few last questions before we head out tomorrow night – I read reviews that said the lamb is the way to go – I LOOOVE lamb, but only well prepared lamb, not overcooked, seasoned nicely, juicy, still a little pink. Has anyone had the lamb lately, is it delicious? Any other recommendations for apps, or for main dishes to encourage the group to get? I also read that their chocolate soufflé is to die for, but all I saw is a lemon soufflé? Do they still make a chocolate soufflé? Any other tips for a rookie? Thanks
