What have you jerkied?

This weekend I am planning to make my first batch or batches of jerky. Initially, I planned to do beef only - likely top round but then started to ponder other meats like chicken, turkey, salmon, etc. I have had salmon jerky which is always delicious. Has anyone had success with chicken or turkey jerky? Should I use thighs or will breasts work as well?
