I bought some kim chee from a little Korean market that came very highly recommended. As I usually do, I put in the back of the fridge to age a little and just opened it up. It smells fine, but the liquid is clear and a bit viscous. I've never seen that. I turned the jar upside down so that all the seasoned liquid at the bottom would cover those top leaves, thinking that may clear some of the viscousness, but it didn't. Any idea if this is OK to eat?
