Jardin de Jade Poon Kai in chinatown - BUFFET

Today I was in chinatown and as I was walking on de la gauchetiere I noticed the buffet place. I 'm not a buffet kind of guy but I noticed that they have a small dim sum boutique if we can call it that way.

I went in and saw all the goodies. I never had dim sum at that place so I was curious to fin out about the quality. I took some shrimps dumplings and the other one was scallops/shrimps.

I was pleasently surprised for the prices a 0.80 cents each. They weren't the best since I didn't like the texture compared to the one that wok café have but the fillings were more than okay.

I also took one of their pastry that is really good. I have no idea how they call it but I believe it's deep fried since it was greasy. It like a 10 inch long piece of dough.

Lunch cost me 8.71$ and I was stuffed with 8 pieces of dim sum.
And I'm wondering if they are supposed to charge the taxes when you buy more than 6 pieces of dim sum?
