I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to make the filling (kimi an) for manju. It's yellow/cream in color, and I guess it's made from white beans, sugar, and egg yolk (hard boiled?). Any clues? If you happen to know,please post reply in General Topics board. I've been searching for recipe on and off for years, but nobody seem to know.
