Ate at Jamila's, the uptown Franco-Tunisian place late Saturday evening. This was my first visit since the visit of the evil one at the end of last August.

My friend and I split two appetizers: the Mussels in white wine; and the Escargot in parsley, wine and garlic. We ate a lot of warm crunchy french-style bread (they also serve pita bread).

Our entrees were the Lamb Tagine - for my money the best thing they do - and the vegeterian Couscous and an eggplant salad with feta cheese.

We washed everything down with a bottle of a nice Pouilly-Fuisse, and tipped the belly dancer generously.
