This restaurant just opened in our area. We've been 3 times, twice for dinner and once for lunch. The food has been very good and quite authentic at all three visits.They bring you chips and salsa as soon as you sit down, the gentleman who delivers them is very friendly, and he speaks very little english which adds to the atmosphere of this redone Ground Round. But that's where the service stops. They have been severely under staffed during all of our visits and the kitchen is sooo slow. There were only two waitstaff working both the dinner and lunch shift on our first two visits (although there were two hostesses). On our last visited for dinner, they only had one waitress working in a full restaurant and she just couldn't do it. We came very close to walking out after our third basket of chips, when the manager finally stepped in and began waiting tables. Too little, too late in my opinion. If they could only work out their staffing issues, they could be a very good, authentic Mexican restaurant.
