I just had a spectacular dining experience at Ixia the other night. Who is the chef? We started with the Kobe Beef and Foie Gras Tower with Tomato-Galangal Marmalade. The foie was cooked to perfection. Then I had the Seared Ahi Tuna with Chili Beurre Blanc, and the dessert, AMAZING, Belgium Chocolate Bread Pudding with housemade Cardamom ice Cream. It was truly the most memorable meal I've ever had in B'more.
