Italian Sausage in PDX

Who can tell me where to find a really good Italian sausage in PDX- just pork shoulder, fennel seeds, salt and pepper, red and black? Just the way it's made on the farm in Italy. It's almost impossible to find this basic sausage in Portland. Zenners has gone downhill. I don't want chicken or other abominations. Any ideas?
