ISO Yuzu Sherbet Recipe

Emme | May 12, 200808:20 PM

Hi all, hoping someone can come through on here after Google and other cooking website searches turned up nothing really. We had a decent enough Mother's Day brunch at the W Hotel in Westwood, CA, but my grandmother fell in love with the Yuzu Sherbet they served for dessert. If all else fails, I'll try and call the W and see if I can get the recipe, but per chance, does anyone have a yuzu sherbet recipe they can share? Or, suggestion for adapting another sherbet recipe using either yuzu fruit or yuzu juice? I was thinking a rhubarb or lime or lemon sherbet might be a good base because of the similarities in tartness...?

TIA!
