ISO Thick Cut Beef Tongue for either Yakinuku or KBBQ

After having wagyu beef tongue at Iroha in Hong Kong a few months ago I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. It was not cut thin like most Korean BBQ places but instead was like this: http://farm7.staticflickr.com/6228/63...

Thick strips which I cooked medium rare and thought it was amazing. If I can't find it locally in restuarants I may just have to resort to buying a tongue myself.
