Hi All -
Wondering if you can help me find a specific recipe for Pot Roast/Boeuf Bourgignon that I made last winter, but has mysteriously disappeared.
The two distinctive features of it are that it required a full bottle (or at least half) of white wine and a teaspoon or two of whole grain or dijon mustard.
Thinking I must have seen it on Food Network with either Tyler Florence or Ina Garten, but a search of the Food Network site and just Google isn't turning anything up. All the rest of it was pretty standard procedure as a I recall.
Anyone familiar w/ this recipe? It was a big hit at my house.
