ISO, "Runny" Rice Pudding Recipe

My wife loves rice pudding, the diner kind, that is runny/flowing. I've made it twice now recently and although very tasty, has set up firm. I've used both long and short grain rice and different recipes. Can anyone post a recipe that yields a pudding that will remain runny? What type of rice is best? Thanks!
