Long, long ago, my mom made a simple but very delicious Indian yellow curried chicken dish. It was certainly Americanized Indian food. Like something out of a Betty Crocker cookbook from the 60s. The dish certainly contained the following:
diced chicken breast
chopped white onion
It may also have had the following
tomato sauce or paste
It was served with rice, of course.
Any help in recreating (if not recovering) this tasty slice of Indo-Americana would be most appreciated.
