I have been buying this salad at a Korean Japanese market here in NY (Flushing, Queens to be exact)It is really great and while I've eaten Korean food numerous times throughout the yrs, I cant figure out what they make it with. Any Korean cooks out there want to share their recipe? It might be some sort of shredded fresh seaweed? Cause its fairly "crunchy" yet soft in a way. Thanks in advance you guys.
