ISO Great Lobster Bisque

Mike5966 | Jan 27, 201107:01 AM

I had a bowl of lobster bisque at B&G Oyster recently that so far was the best I've ever had, but I haven't had that many. B&G's version just tasted so good... I can't stop thinking about it. It was creamy but not gloppy, and had nice chunks of tail meat. A little pricey at $14 for basically a bowl of soup but I didn't mind at all especially as I watched them make it on the spot instead of ladling it out of a big vat of orange creamy stuff.

I searched the board but haven't seen this posted in the past. Who else has really good lobster bisque in town? A big plus for any versions that have big chunks of lobster meat.
