My sister-in-law has a very restricted diet and she's expecting, to boot. Wanna cook some good meals for her by way of support -- something nutritious for BOTH her and her new baby.
Looking for tasty, rich, filling dishes that do not have gluten, soy or sugar (well, small amounts of fruit juice on occasion). Needs to be light on the lactose, as well.
Any clue as to where to go? I'm a bit desperate.
