I would love to make a moist, melt in your mouth white cake without dairy ingredients. Eggs and soy products are fine. I thought about making an angel food cake, but that's not quite what I'm in the mood for. Chiffon cake would be good, but can it be made in cake layer pans? I've only made it in a tube pan. If you have any ideas for a dairy free white layer cake, please share. Thanks to all for your help!
