My DC and I love meat, esp. charcuterie plates, offal, bone marrow, cured meat, pates. I am from Boston (if anyone knows of The Butcher Shop, that is one of my favorite spots to go for pates and meats) and haven't been out much in NYC yet. Any suggestions? I've heard good things about the offal at Momofuku, but I'm open to any other ideas. Thanks!
