ISO catfish po' boys & Korean plate lunch

OK, not at the same time. I'm looking for a catfish po' boy with big, thick, juicy pieces of fried fish in beautiful bread.

I'm also craving Korean plate lunch, like you get in Hawaii, which usually comes with four sides (e.g., watercress, beansprouts, kim chee, tofu). Spicy chicken is my favorite entree, but I'll settle for bul go ki if I have to.
