So for the last four years I have really been on a low carb diet, all the while New York City has been on a ramen explosion.
Now, off the said-diet I want to see what I have been missing. But the ramen scene is somewhat overwhelming and divisions are often quite fierce (making YELP or similar platforms a pour source of information).
I trust Chowhound far more!
What are the essential Ramen spots in NYC (irrespective of price or 'hype'). Where would be the best place for Tonkotsu and Shoyu ramen?
