Intimate restaurant for Bridal Luncheon (10 people)

Hello Chowhounders,

I'm in search of a restaurant for my upcoming bridal shower/luncheon for approx. 10 female friends & family. I thought it might be special to have either a brunch or tea in a beautiful, cozy, warm, intimate, reasonably priced (i.e., less than $20/person for lunch) restaurant in San Francisco, Berkeley, or Oakland. It will be a Sunday in June. Though I've grown up in the Bay Area, I'm at a loss for ideas for my own shower... The type of cuisine is not as important to me as the atmosphere; anything too noisy or bustling might make conversation awkward or strained, and I want my family and friends to enjoy this unique gathering as much as possible!

Thanks for your ideas,
An Overwhelmed Bride
