more interesting rice crackers, this time at Nijiya

As part of my quest for interesting Japanese rice crackers, I went to Nijiya market on Sawtelle. There they have most of an aisle of them, and they are great, with lots of unusual and appealing textures. Right now for example I am eating some round, shiny rice crackers with soy sauce flavor that could honestly be put in a museum.
