I was in the Niagara region for the weekend, and my husband's parents took us to a few different wineries. We visited one place (Crown Bench Estates) that does a variety of lovely icewines infused with different flavourings. Since it's my birthday tomorrow (yay me) they bought me a bottle of the Ambrosia- icewine infused with chocolate. It's absolutely beautiful, with a rich chocolate taste overlaying what I think is an apricot flavour, with a bit of nuttiness. Sorry, I don't know much about wine terminology. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else has tried infused icewine, where it was from, and how it was. How common is it?
