I own a small creperie. I have two Crepe Machines. Both are Tibos. One is 15 years old, the other is 2 months old.
My old one is working perfectly, but the new one is a disaster. We only make crepes on Saturday morning, so they don't get much abuse, still the new one , which we used in the same manner and did all the same things sticks and is crudy and we cant use it anymore.
Our place is getting popular and the constant 6 to 10 people in line for Crepes means i need to replace the new Tobos.
I'm thinking of a commercial model but my disaster with the Tibor by Krampouz has me shying away form that company. I'm considering the Sodir 350-FE. Does anybody have any experiance to share with the Sodir?
