I spent part of last weekend in NH at the Hoss Trader's Hamfest in Hopkinton and was pleased that some of the food trucks there produced decent chow, certainly better than I'd feared considering the captive audience.
My group's favorite vendor was a truck labeled "Cardinal's Country BBQ". I'm sure they're not "real" BBQ by southern chowhound standards, but the pulled pork, jambalaya, chicken, beans and slaw, etc. were quite tasty, especially for New England. Apparently others at the 'fest liked them too, since they kept being sold out of most of what they'd brought, and lots of people were asking if they'd be back next time (I heard that the answer is "yes").
Anyway, I'm curious as to where they are based and if anyone on this board has heard of them. Google turned up only one reference to their presence at a Seacoast Business Expo last fall, and I couldn't find them via BigYellow. Thanks in advance for any help,
