Hi, for my new kitchen I am planning to put in an induction drop in wok hob. I am located in Canada so my choices currently are limited to the following brands:
-Garland GI-SH/WO/IN 3500
All of them are between 3200 to 3500W which is probably the most powerful I can get for drop-in induction wok hobs with 1 phase power for home use.
I want to use my carbon steel and cast iron woks which I currently have.
Which one of the above brands should I get? or it doesn't matter.
It seems like they either come with stainless steel or recommends it for some reason but I have no intentions of using stainless steel.
Some direction or recommendation would be great especially if you have experience in this area.
