I need an approx. 8 qt stockpot for making pasta on an induction range. All it needs to do really is boil water as fast as possible. Any advice? I don't really care about the insert.
I would like something light. I'm concerned All Clad stainless is too heavy. My old Calphalon stockpot for some reason doesn't work with my induction range (even though a magnet weakly sticks to the bottom of the pot).
