This was the most amaising experience of my life. I was in a state of serious vegitarian hunger after a homedepot trip, and thoght i was in serious trouble due to the fact that i was in Bartonsville PA. When i noticed a sign on the truck stop saying indian food. I though no way is this edible, or vegitarian. Behold! behind a counter in the back was a little sweet man who looked mongolian, and talked with an indian accent, (turns out hes straight from Nepal) who hasnt learned how to dumb down his cooking skills for the weak american pallete. AHHH words could not describe how i feel when i eat this food. I sit in my car in the parking lot and cry out my admirations and pound my fist on the dashboard. But wait this is not just a taste extavaganza! 5 minutes after eating this food you are filled with warmth and vigor! this is Himilayan food! his spices are strong but not burning he has one meat dish, one bean, and alwaysea vegitable one which he reccomends as it varies from okra to spinach, (i reccomend samossas) LOCATION: Bartonsville rt 611 exit off of intertate 80, next to strousburg, right at end of exit, no im not crazy i have eaten good indian food and live outside of manhatten i know its in a truck stop, but noone eats this food but other indians, this is a little jewel hiding in a gas station in america MUST SEE! ,thanks i feel better now that i have shared.
