Thanks to a chowhound posting, we enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch at Inca Gardens: Cerviche de Pescado, cancha, Arroz con Pollo and Aji de Gallina. The marinade from the cerviche was piquant with citrus and we saved it to add to the cilantro rice on the Arroz con Pollo with its crispy skinned chicken. Every taste was a delight of refinement. The Aji de Gallina was enriched with a cream and walnut sauce of yellow Peruvian chiles on tender shredded chicken. Service was gracious and community friendly. So, thank you to chowhounds everywhere!
