I saw the recipe in this Monty's Food Network magazine and decided to go with it for Thanksgiving. It is seasoned and sitting uncovered in fridge today as per the recipe.
Anyway, my husband started asking me how long it was going to take to cook and didn't believe me when I said 2 hours. It calls for 450 for 45 minutes and then 325 for another hour. Could that be right? He swears it will take 4-5 hours to cook the turkey.
