I'm thinking of making imberlach for Passover. I searched on the web and there's a wide variety of ways to make it. Most involve ginger and some even involve eggs. My grandmother used almonds, hazelnuts, maybe even brazil nuts. I'm pretty sure it was only honey and matzoh meal, no eggs or ginger. Does anyone have a favorite recipe?
