help identify dimsum in Chinatown area please

I am trying to identify a dimsum restaurant I was at about two years ago which I believe was in the area where Stockton Street meets Broadway. I seem to remember it was within maybe two blocks of the Broadway Tunnel, on the north side of Broadway. I believe it was entered by a doorway to the left off a glass lobby, and was probably on the ground floor of a few story office type building, hence the small glass lobby. I want to say it was "Gold Mountain" or similar, but not sure. It was a very sizeable dining room, with cart service. I am wondering if this is the same place that has been posted about many times in the past six months on CH.

As I live in the East Bay, and never seem to get back to this area to scope it out again, I would like to refer my brother to it on his travels to San Francisco when he visits from the East Coast next month. He wants to take his girlfriend to a dimsum place midweek when I am at work, and he is touring San Francisco. Can you help, and is that a good choice? It seemed to be good when I was there last time. Oakland Chinatown always gets my business these days by default. Thanks for your help.
