Ideas for smoked, cured venison loin?

Some wonderful friedns gave me a piece of their home-cured-and-smoked venison loin on Saturday. It's not a big piece, but very flavorful, so a little goes a long way. I want to come up with some sort of appetizer to serve at Thanksgiving, but I'm coming up a blank. It's pretty salty, so would rather use it with something than serve it straight.

Any ideas?
