So for a quick and hopefully lovely v-day dinner tonight I am planning on making goat cheese and walnut stuffed chicken breasts (from January Food & Wine) and some satueed spinach and I was thinking some couscous. Just stumped on what to add to fancy it up, maybe some herbs and chick peas? Add some walnuts to couscous too? I haven't made couscous a lot but am trying to incorporate it a little more into my rotation. It's the whole wheat kind, if that matters.
