I searched for this topic and found nothing, so I'd appreciate your thoughts.
Sant Ambroeus has a noteworthy selection, but is there more out there? I was impressed on a recent trip to San Francisco to find old (Fenton's) coexisting with some I didn't know (Mitchell's and an Indian "Dairy" next to The Slanted Door that had things like Cardamom, Fig, and Rose Saffron flavors). I haven't found the same in New York -- I'm sure for lack of being in the right places.
I'm interested in eat-in and take-out.
