Hungry Cat Bliss

Last night David Lentz knocked it out of the park with his Alaskan halibut w/ grits, spring onions and wild mushrooms. I have not had such a memorable entree in a long time. Smooth creamy delicate yet earthy flavors with an ever so slight hint of vanilla. Wow. Aren't we lucky to have him and his simple surprises.
