Hummus, redux

A big, BIG thank you, to all who posted on the last hummus thread, linked below...

Altho I wasn't the OP, I had never made it, and these hints got me going..Since then, I have made fabulous hummus(if I do say myself, as shouldn't) with a can of chick peas, a couplah heaping tablespoons of tahini(there's a great Armenian market in Boston), a clove and a half of garlic, the juice of a lemon, S&P, and a half teaspoon of cumin...Special thanks to GGMora, who gave the FABULOUS tip of using water instead of oil for really fluffy hummus, and all those who advocated cumin....

Gottah go now, there's a pound of hummus in the food processor!!!! ;)
