Looking at old HP posts [STP, Esquina de Sabor's the best truck with the most turnover and they cook right inside the truck; weekend afternoons are your best bet for fresh food; try the salt cod fritters, bacalaitos, and lechon] I came across a post from Gary's friend Spero about the history of Boston's BBQ.
