I've cooked Beef Rib Roasts before, but never an 12 pound piece like I bought today. Normally, I'd follow Paula Deen's Foolproof recipe for a 5 lb. Roast, cook it for 1hr at 375º, turn it off, and let it sit in there for 3 hours. Then turn it on again at 375º for 40min.
Obviously doubling the time won't work. Anyone have any ideas on how to cook a 12 lb. Beef Rib Roast? Thanks!! - Shawn
