Hello to all. Two years here in Chicago after living in Dallas for 16 years. Had a couple of #2 submarine sandwiches tonight from Ba Le. I like 'em with a little nouc cham drizzled over. Just great.

Where can I get a really good plate of huevos rancheros?
Also, do any of you chowhounds appreciate that great breakfast item from the past, creamed chipped beef on toast? Are there any greasy spoons/diners around here that make it?
My mom made a great one, with that dried beef from the little jar. I was also fond of the one I was served at that mess hall at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, when I worked for my uncle.
