Flying on US AIR from Philly to Rome and need suggestions for airplane friendly snacks/foods to bring. Flying alone with my two year old son, so I need HEALTHY items that he'll eat along with me. We're flying business class & "gourmet" meals are served, but if they're anything like I'm used to, the food will be awful. I'm dreading this flight and could use some helpful suggestions to make it go a little more smoothly (at least in the food department!).
I forgot to mention that I'm pregnant and always hungry!!
